Krishan joined the Debt Advisory team in June 2019 to support Alistair in the expansion of the Debt Advisory team.

Krishan began his career at EY where he spent almost three years in its Capital and Debt Advisory team, working across its Debt, Hedging and Ratings Advisory teams. Subsequent to this Krishan joined the Livingstone Partners Debt Advisory team where he spent a further two years.

He has successfully completed a number of debt advisory transactions including refinancings, acquisition financings, growth financings and recapitalisations.

Krishan graduated from Imperial College London in 2014 with a MEng (First Class Hons) in Civil Engineering and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2017.
