Head of Consumer

Henry leads the Consumer M&A team at Cavendish.

Henry has over 20 years’ corporate finance advisory experience, where he has focused on mid-market companies and investors. He has advised clients on a wide range of corporate finance transactions including private and public company disposals and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Cavendish, Henry was head of UK M&A at Duff & Phelps and before that, he was Head of the Leisure & Retail team at Close Brothers Corporate Finance (DC Advisory).

Henry is a graduate of the University of Newcastle upon Tyne and he qualified as a solicitor with Eversheds in 1999.
