Giles has 14 years’ experience providing corporate finance advice to growth companies particularly in Healthcare and Technology.

He has significant experience advising AIM growth companies as Nominated Adviser and regularly works on transactions including IPOs, fundraises and PLC takeovers.

He started his career as a corporate lawyer at the US law firm Jones Day before joining Nomura Code and then more latterly Stifel and Zeus Capital.  He joined Cavendish (then Cenkos) in 2018.
