Since joining Cavendish in 2021, Elliott has worked on a number of sell side and buy side transactions within the business services and healthcare sectors, including the sale of Gemserv to Talan, the sale of Therapy Equipment to ESAB, Inflexion’s acquisition of TC Group and Sonderwell’s acquisition of Libertatem.

Elliott graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2013 where he read History. Upon graduation he joined Grant Thornton where he qualified as an accountant in 2016, going on to work in Transactions Services and Lead Advisory before joining Cavendish.
