Corporate Finance Director

Camilla is a Director and Qualified Executive within the Corporate Finance team at Cavendish having previously worked at Cenkos Securities plc since 2007. She has extensive experience advising executive and non-executive directors and senior management teams of publicly listed companies with a core focus on AIM.

Camilla has worked on a wide range of transactions including IPOs, secondary fundraisings and mergers and acquisitions together with providing general corporate finance advisory and liaison with the stock exchange and other regulators.

She has worked on a wide remit of both UK and international companies across a variety of sectors including tech, financials, infrastructure and healthcare.

Camilla has an LLB law degree and is member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.
