Cavendish is delighted to announce that we have acted for Velocity Composites plc, in the Placing, Subscription and Retail Offer to raise £6.6m.

Velocity, a UK-based aerospace supplier, offers advanced composite material kits, process optimisation products, and engineering support services, including full ply generation, shape management, and engineering support. The net proceeds from the Additional Subscription will, together with the net proceeds from the Fundraising, be used for CAPEX, additional engineering, software, and business development personnel and working capital for expansion.
