Cavendish is pleased to announce that it has advised on the sale of Micro Nav and Global ATS from the Quadrant Group to Indra.
The acquisition of Micro Nav and Global ATS brings industry-leading capabilities to Indra, enhancing its position as a global player in the air traffic control and management market. Micro Nav, known for its advanced simulation systems, including the BEST (Beginning to End Simulation Training) platform, offers highly realistic and adaptable training to both civilian and military clients worldwide. Global ATS, the UK’s premier air travel control training services provider, supports a diverse client base that includes regional and international airports, strengthening Indra’s reach across the Middle East, Asia, and CIS regions.
The transaction strengthens Indra’s position in a growing market that continues to expand as the number of passengers and airports grows, leading air traffic management companies to invest more in training services to improve efficiency and enhance safety.
Andrew Jeffs, Partner at Cavendish said: “It’s been immensely rewarding to work with Quadrant Group’s leadership on this transaction. Micro Nav and Global ATS have set the standard in air traffic control training and simulation with their cutting-edge technology and client-focused approach. This acquisition is a strategic gain for both companies, and with Indra’s support, we’re excited to see Micro Nav and Global ATS enhance their global impact, delivering exceptional value to clients and advancing safety and efficiency in air traffic management.”
