Bloom Equity Partners is a private equity firm investing exclusively in lower middle market technology, software and tech-enabled business service companies and GRCI is a leading provider of governance, risk and compliance (“GRC”) solutions that include a full range of consulting services, training, content, and software serving thousands of customers across the UK, European and North American market.
