Cavendish is delighted to have acted as Joint broker for Sunda Energy (Formerly Baron Oil) on its £3.26 million equity raise.

Sunda Energy (AIM: SNDA) is an independent gas-focussed company with a material undeveloped gas field and a growing business in SE Asia. Sunda Energy is focussed on the SE Asia region, applying its experience and expertise in maturing gas resources for delivery to the most dynamic and strongly growing energy markets globally.

The £3 million was raised by way of an oversubscribed placing and subscription with the remaining £260,000 raised by way of a retail offer to existing shareholders.
