Harry joined finnCap Cavendish in April 2022 from Mazars where he was a member of the M&A team.

Harry has experience in executing sell-side, buy-side, capital and debt raising transactions across a range of business sectors with a particular focus on Business Services and Technology markets.

Since graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Economics in 2014, Harry started his professional career with the Mazars Audit & Assurance team and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2018 before joining the deal advisory team. He has advised on mid-market corporate transactions ever since.
