Pete Lynch

Pete graduated with a LLB (Hons) from the University of Aberdeen prior to qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with RSM in Edinburgh.

Having gained experience in the RSM Corporate Finance team, working on private company M&A and due diligence, Pete joined the Cavendish (then Cenkos Securities) Corporate Finance team in February 2018.

Pete has advised on a broad array of transactions since joining Cenkos, including the IPOs of Calnex Solutions, Neometals Ltd and Clean Power Hydrogen plc. In addition, he has advised on a wide range of public market fundraisings and public M&A.
